Sample Client Work
Listed below are a few of my past and present clients and some of the work I have done for them. When a business becomes my client, I consider much more than what a letterhead or logo is going to look like. I do everything in my power to make that business successful. From catalogs and client gifts, delivery trucks, retail environments, and ad design, I can create an image perfectly targeted to the right audience. Over the past 13 years, I have gained experience with financial institutions, catering companies, restaurants, manufacturers, service companies, grocery stores, pubs, universities, garden centers, craftsmen, performers, cable companies, and publishers. Here are a few of my clients:
CLIENT: Katherine's Catering, a regional catering company
I developed the Personal Chef name and image and slogan for a line of take-home meals. The logo and slogan appear on all collateral material from the delivery trucks to chefs aprons, to the package design.
The client needed a tool to increase catering sales, inform clients about their services and impressive catering offerings. The Ultimate Catalogue was developed using existing and stock photography. Its a four color, 32 page descriptive gourmet delight spanning 15 years of event photos and original catering items.
The Power Lunch brochure had a dramatic effect on executive lunch sales. Photos for the platters were taken in natural light just outside the facility. The final product was economically produced and resulted in increased client awareness and catering sales.
The wedding flyer was designed to entice couples to call for customized menus and wedding planning. It was also produced with little cost by using stock photos combined in unique ways.
CLIENT: Ann Arbor Observer, local publishers
The Guest Guide is a coffee table book that has a two year shelf life in hotel rooms in the Ann Arbor area. For each issue, I prepare the layouts, take photographs, and design the look of this upscale hard cover book.
This kiosk was designed as part of the Observer's "Arborweb" site graphics. It was created, along with several other 3D graphics to enhance their web site and to facilitate navigation. The kiosk is clickable in four areas to lead you to different areas of the site. To see other 3D graphics within their site, visit www.arborweb.com.

CLIENT: Culver Duck, an international distributor of fresh duck
This was an ad design for
the "North American Chef's Source Book."
I directed the photography
and did the food styling for the photo
CLIENT: Michael Davis, Violinist
This flyer was designed as
an information sheet for a violinist.
